  3. I would pick The Essential Guide to Sewing with Wool as my class - it sounds so good!

"Learn the wool-sewing techniques you need to create classic garments with guidance from renowned instructor Terry McClintock. Get set up for success with tips for selecting and preshrinking the perfect wool, preparing your fabric and marking it safely and accurately using tailor's tacks. Next, give your garments gorgeous structure and drape using interfacing and underlining. Take your skills for sewing wool even further as Terry teaches you to line a garment to the edge, install a free-hanging lining and create bulk-free hem finishes. Then, find out how to breeze through beautiful seam finishes using the Hong Kong finish or the French seam. Terry will even teach you to sew Petersham-ribbon waistbands, corded buttonholes and slashed darts that bring a professional look to your finished wool garments."

I might anyway. :) Another one I'm eyeballing is the bodice sloper. The skirt sloper class has been freakin' amazing so I want to move up the body and get the bodice worked out too.
